Nintendo Wii Opera Web Browser

The screenshots of the WII packaging show an Opera Browser. I have read elsewhere that the browser will be pre-installed on the machine, others are saying that it will be downloaded from some kind of marketplace and require a fee. I'm hoping the wii web browser is free and can support AJAX and Flash.
